This secure Data Transfer site has been established by Intouch Solutions for limited use by certain of its clients, partners, agencies, and other expressly authorized users. All authorized users have been provided with a user name and password. If you have not been expressly authorized by Intouch Solutions to access this site, please disconnect immediately.

This service is solely for the temporary transfer of large files for Intouch Solutions work. Files are permanently deleted after 30 days from the date of upload.

By using this service, you agree not to upload, distribute, propagate, or otherwise make available any data, computer file, or other material that:

• Infringes on the rights of any 3rd party (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality)
• Contains a virus, malware, or any other harmful component
• May be deemed harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or derogatory in nature

Access and use of this service is at your own risk. There is no guarantee that the files are free of viruses, worms, or malware. The individual users are solely responsible for the files uploaded/shared through this service and for the consequences related to sharing that file. Intouch Solutions takes no responsibility for harm to your device, loss or corruption of data, or any other damage that results from your use or access of this service.
This service is provided as-is. There is no guarantee that this service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. This service may also be changed or discontinued at any time.
In addition to these terms, use of this service is also subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Intouch Solutions policies.
